Learned Counsel for the accused/applicant submits that police has visited the residence of the accused/applicant and he was told by his relative that police is searching him. 4. However, on a specific query by this Court, learned counsel for the accused/applicant could not reply as to why he has been searched by the police and what is his actual apprehension. 5.
