RSA Nos.2368 to 2370 of 2001 - 2 - 2026:PHHC:065941 was decreed by the trial Court on 12.06.1999. The three contes-ng defendants filed separate appeals, all of which were disposed of by the First Appellate Court vide a common judgment dated 16.02.2001, accep-ng the appeals and thus the judgment of the trial Court was set aside and the suit of the plain-ff was dismissed. 3. Against the aforesaid judgment of the First Appellate Court, the present three appeals have been filed by the plain-ff. 4. Today, it is submi6ed by learned counsel appearing for the appellant that he does not have any instruc-on to appear on behalf of the appellant or his LRs.
