1. Heard Mr. Pragalbha Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Deputy Government Advocate for respondent No.1 / State.
2. The petitioners have filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court maykindly be pleased allow this petition and consequently quash the FIR No. 188/2024 registered with the Respondent No.1 on 08.04.2024, also the charge sheet No. 340/2024, dated 29.08.2024 for the alleged offence Under Sections 498-A&Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Also, the consequential pending Criminal Case No. 1094/2024, before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bhatapara, Distt.-Baloda Bazar (C.G.) against the Petitioners pursuant to the aforesaid charge sheet, may also be quashed.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh stating that in the present matter, charges have already been framed on 08.04.2026 against the
3 petitioners and the same needs to be challenged further.
4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to law.
