Side) appearing for the respondent filed an affidavit and submitted that though in the order it is stated that the charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 18.12.2024, the charge sheet was filed on 27.12.2024 and the same was also taken on file in C.C.No.107 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur and now the case stands posted for the appearance of accused on 27.03.2026. 3.
