Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner had approached this Court, feeling aggrieved by Office Order dated 05.03.2026 (Annexure P-1), in terms whereof, the petitioner who is serving as MDH in the respondent-Corporation, stood transferred from Hilltop, Swarghat to Circuit House, Willy’s Park, Shimla. The contention of learned Counsel for the petitioner was that the order was bad as the same was passed ignoring the fact that the petitioner was to superannuate without two weeks. 2. Today, the Court stands informed that now the petitioner has been adjusted in Hotel Lake View at Bilaspur, H.P.. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of subsequent developments, as the petition has lost its efficacy, the same be dismissed.
