These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accused- petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.543/2024, registered at Police Station Bandikui (Dausa), District Dausa, for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the matter is exclusively triable by the Magistrate and the accused-petitioner-Ravikant has already been enlarged on bail in another case pertaining to FIR No.546/2024, registered at Police Station Bandikui, District Dausa for offence of similar nature. It is further contended that the petitioners are in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications and contended that the accused-petitioners are habitual offender and against them two criminal cases of similar nature are pending, therefore, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be dismissed. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners and taking note of the fact that matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate, accused petitioners are in custody since long and further trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, without expressing anything on the [2026:RJ-JP:19071] (3 of 4) [CRLMB-6269/2026] merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 6.
