Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner has earlier moved in A.B.A. No.6839 of 2022 which was dismissed by the order dated 14.12.2022. 4. In the light of the submission of the learned senior counsel on behalf the petitioner, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
