JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ of Certiorari or writ of such nature quashing the endorsement dated 22.09.2025 issued by the 4th Respondent vide No.EST (2) DKDC- 13011(11)/57/2025/E-810631/A1 his Endorsement (Annexure-T) failing to consider the prayer of the petitioner for regularization of services. (ii) Direct the 4th Respondent Deputy Commissioner, Dakshina Kannada District to consider the representation dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure-Q) of the petitioner and regularize her services as per the law laid down in case of Umadevi and provide all service benefits. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 13.01.2025 at Annexure-Q submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representation dated 13.01.2025 at Annexure-Q and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind judgment of co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.10600/2023 dated 23.04.2024 and confirmed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in W.A.No.1872/2024 dated 24.11.2025 and in accordance with law, - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16528 WP No. 7408 of 2026 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
