After some arguments, Mr. Prashant Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the learned Court by way of filing regular bail petition, so far as petitioner nos. 2 to 6 are concerned. He submits that so far as petitioner no.1 is concerned, his prayer for anticipatory bail has already been rejected as not pressed vide order dated 09.12.2025. 3. Mr. Nawin Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the State and Md. Razaullah Ansari, learned counsel for the informant have got no objection. 4.
