When the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the Tahsildar would submit that there is no encroachment in the subject land. 3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
