Case No.32 of 2025 registered for the alleged commission of the offences punishable under Sections 318(4)/61(2) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 66-C/66-D of the I.T. Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction from the petitioner, submits that except the present bail application, no other bail application of the petitioner is pending in any other Court relating to the aforesaid F.I.R. p. 2 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. has been registered by the Cyber Crime Police Station, Aligarh in the State of Uttar Pradesh in lieu of which the local police has called the petitioner to the police station. Hence, there is apprehension of his arrest. 5. Admittedly, the petitioner has been called in connection with the F.I.R. registered in Cyber Crime Police Station, Aligarh. This Court may not have jurisdiction entertain the prayer. But in the event of arrest, it is open for the petitioner to seek for transit bail from the Court where he would be produced. 6.
