Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that since, the petitioner had filed the present writ petition in representative capacity, and as he is not holding office of the petitioner's Society, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
