Without prejudice to the above contentions and solely to allay the unfounded apprehensions of the Applicant, the Respondents hereby give an undertaking to this Hon’ble Court that they will not alienate, encumber or dispose of the immovable property bearing Old No.19, New No.24/19, 1st Cross Street, Lake Area, Valluvar Kottam, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600 034 (morefully described in Schedule I of the plaint), during the pendency of the suit. Furthermore, they additionally undertake to not dispose aforestated movables as stated in such as jewellery, motor vehicle, hand bags and watches which was found in the cupboard of the deceased.” 3.
