Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the evidence of the victim is over and the same do not inspire any confidence. Petitioner is in custody for 1 year and 5 months. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail, draws the attention of the Court to the Medico Legal Examination Report. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Learned Trial Court would put in efforts to conclude the trial at the earliest preferably by 31st December, 2026. 2 Accordingly, CRM (M) 681 of 2026 is dismissed.
