No.9 of 2023 in O.A. No.07 of 2001, dated 10.10.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner along with seven others filed I.A No.9 of 2023 in O.A No.7 of 2001 seeking to implead themselves as parties in the main proceedings. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the main O.A No.07 of 2001 itself was disposed of on 04.11.2025. Against that order, an appeal in A.P No.02 of 2026 was filed before the 1st respondent and the same is pending. 4.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
