The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 18.07.2023 made in W.P.No.18412 of 2023. 2. On 18.07.2023, this Court passed the following order: “4. In the light of that, the impugned notice under Section 6 is set aside. It is made clear that the respondents are at liberty to proceed ahead in accordance with law. The present order would not be an impediment for the respondent authorities to proceed in accordance with law.” 3. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the subject land has been classified as Natham. The land has been utilized for construction of Panchayat Union Office for public purposes.
