On 22.07.2026, this Court directed the revision petitioner to appear for advancing arguments and the same is not complied with. It shows that the revision petitioner has no interest to prosecute this case. As seen from the record, revision petitioner has filed this Criminal Revision Case assailing the order dated 06.05.2015 passed in C.F.R. No.1465 of 2015 in Crime No.117 of 2012 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Dhone, Kurnool District but not against the conviction judgment. So, this Criminal Revision Case can be dismissed for non-prosecution as it is not filed against the conviction judgment of trial Court. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non- prosecution.
