The petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. Initially the petitioner was arrested in connection with Khelari P.S. Case No.79 of 2025. On the basis of the petitioner’s alleged confession made in the said case, he has been remanded in the present case. Except that there is no cogent material against the petitioner to connect him with the alleged offence. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 22nd December, 2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 3. Learned A.P.P. though opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail, however while answering the query of the Court submits that the petitioner has not been put to Test 2026:JHHC:12765 2 Identification Parade, so as to establish his involvement in the alleged offence. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-XXXII, Ranchi in connection with Khelari P.S.
