By way of instant application filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicants/petitioners for condonation of delay in maintaining the accompanying review petition, which is barred by limitation. Though in terms of order dated 02.03.2026, sole respondent stands served, but has chosen not to come present, as such, this Court has no option but to proceed against aforesaid respondent ex parte. Ordered accordingly. Having carefully perused the averments contained in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, this Court finds no impediment in accepting the prayer, especially when delay caused in maintaining accompanying review petition does not appear to be intentional or willful, rather same has occurred on account of circumstances, which were completely beyond the control of the applicants/petitioners, as such, the same deserves to be condoned.
