In view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant, the application is allowed and the amount of compensation, falling in the share of the applicants, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to them, by remitting the same to their Bank accounts, particulars whereof find mentioned in para 7 of the application.
