The petitioner filed this petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to approve the enhanced intake for the courses BBA-20 seats and B.Com-50 seats for the academic year 2025-26 as approved by the LIC Committee, academic council, and syndicate of BCU, and to activate UUCMS portal giving effect to affiliation order, already issued by the BCU, immediately. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submitted that the Bengaluru City University has already rejected the request made by the petitioner vide Annexure-N dated 14.11.2025. The petitioner did not challenge Annexure-N. The said order has attained a finality. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8454 WP No. 37793 of 2025 3. The University has already rejected the application for the enhancement of intake for the course of BBA and B.Com seats. Hence, the question of issuing a mandamus directing the respondents to approve the enhanced intake for the course of BBA and B.Com does not arise. Hence, I do not find any grounds to entertain the writ petition. 4. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER i. The writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. ii.
