Krishnab Barman, son of Khagen Barman resident of Kanaklata Path, ward No.16, Bapuji Nagar,P.O.-Baladmari, Goalpara, Pin- 783121 as a respondent no.6 in the connected Writ Petition No. 6383/2025. 3. It is submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition No. 6383/2025, the respondent no. 3, Director of Technical Education has issued common appointment order dated 10.01.2026 wherein at serial no. 5, one Krishnab Barman has also been appointed as Junior Assistant into the Post. The Page No.# 3/3 said post is under question in this writ petition. As such, he is required to be impleaded as being a necessary party respondent in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the applicant prays for his impleadment as respondent no. 6. 4. The prayer having been not objected is allowed. 5. Let Sri.
