Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. The learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore, vide order dated 01.07.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.338 of 2026 in Cr.No.27 of 2026 of Tirupati Railway Police Station, while enlarging the Petitioner/Accused on bail, imposed condition that the petitioner shall produce the local sureties. Insisting to produce the local sureties is against the judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court in Moti Ram vs. State of Madhya Pradesh1 and Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another2. 4. Hence, the condition imposed by the Trial Court at Para No.8 of the order, dated 01.07.2026, requiring the petitioner to produce local sureties is 1 (1978) 4 SCC 47 2 (2022) 10 SCC 51 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.6505 of 2026 Dated 07.08.2026 liable to be interfered with and set aside. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner/Accused to be enlarged on bail on furnishing a bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Nellore. Further, the condition requiring the petitioner to file title deeds for the property is also hereby relaxed. 5. The residual conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court in the original order shall remain in force and shall be duly complied with by the petitioner. 6.
