JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 27/02/2026 1. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a challenge to the order dated 24.02.2023 passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Sawai Madhopur (Raj.), in Complaint No.10/2023. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned award passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat is illegal in manner and is without due application of mind or proper appreciation of the facts on record. He further submitted that after scrutiny of exam form, the Controller of Examination, University of Kota, issued Provisional Permission Letter cum Admit Card for B.A. [2026:RJ-JP:9536] (2 of 2) [CW-6196/2023] Part-III Exam, 2022, which was scheduled from 11.06.2022 to 14.07.2022 and the petitioner appeared in the said examination with Roll No.232010. He also submitted that the University of Kota, has declared the result of B.A. Part-III Exam 2022 on 08.09.2022 and B.A. Part-II Exam on 11.11.2022, but the result of the petitioner has not been declared. 3. Considered and perused the material made available on record. 4. On going through the order passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, it is revealed that the petitioner appeared in B.A. Part- II Exam in the year 2021, wherein he was declared failed in the second paper of History and was allowed to appear in the supplementary exam. As per the Rules, the petitioner was to appear in the supplementary exam, but he did not appear and fill up the exam form of B.A. Part-III. As per the University Ordinance No.0198(2), the petitioner cannot appear in the exam of the higher class until and unless he clarifies or appears in the supplementary exam of the lower class. 5. In view of the specific provisions of the University Ordinance, the Court finds no error in the order passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat and there is no ground to interfere with the impugned order. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed being devoid of merit. 7. Pending application(s), if any, also stand/s disposed of. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J ARTI SHARMA /375
