Learned counsel further submits that this Court stayed the transfer order vide interim order dated 17.12.2021. It is further submitted that during the subsistence of the interim order of this Court, the petitioner had retired from service and thus, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration. 2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
