Considering the submissions of both parties, this Court fixes Rs.18,00,000/- [Rupees eighteen lakhs only] as final and one time settlement to the respondent/defendant. The appellants are directed to pay the said amount of Rs.18,00,000/- [Rupees eighteen lakhs only] to the respondent by way of a demand draft within a period of four weeks.
