This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.223 of 2011 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bidhannagar, District – North 24-Parganas. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that in the said suit, applications under Section 151 as well as under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 have been pending since long. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bidhannagar, District – North 24- Parganas to dispose of the application under Section 151 of the Code with the application under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. Thereafter, the learned Trial Court is requested to take up the suit for expeditious disposal and dispose of Title Suit No.223 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the date of disposal of the aforesaid application. 6. With the aforesaid observations, CO 1124 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
