According to these petitioners, the sole appellant died during the pendency of the appeal and these petitioners and the respondents 6 to 9 are the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. Therefore, the petitioners have filed this petition to implead them as the appellants and since the respondents 6 to 9 are not cooperating with the petitioners, these petitioners alone have filed this application to implead them as appellants and to implead the other legal heirs namely the respondents 6 to 9 in the main appeal. 3. The other side have not seriously objected. 4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, facts and circumstances of the case and in order to give a fair chance to these petitioners, it is appropriate to allow the petition. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed. 5.
