Case No.48/2026 registered under Section 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, pending in the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Sribhumi. 3. The charges have been framed, and the witnesses have yet to be examined. 4. The Trial Court shall examine at least three (3) witnesses and thereafter the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again. 5.
