Affidavit of compliance filed by the alleged contemnor in Court be taken on record. 2. From the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the alleged contemnor, it appears that inspection of the construction complained of was made, and that opportunity of hearing was granted to the parties. 3. The Panchayat opined that the construction in question is an unauthorized one. The matter has been referred to the Sub-Divisional Officer for passing final order. The Sub-Divisional Officer issued a notice of hearing scheduled on February 2026, but the same stood postponed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that further date of hearing has not been intimated to his client. 5. As it appears that the order passed by the Court has been substantially complied with by the Panchayat, accordingly, the Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application any more. The same stands disposed of. 6. It will be open for the petitioner to follow-up the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer. 7. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
