The grievance of the petitioners in the instant Writ Petition is against the action of the respondents in rejecting the application (online) filed for issuance of integrated certificate certifying the petitioners as “PERIKA (PERIKE BALIJA, PURAGIRI KSHATRIYA)(OBC)” instead of “Perika (perike Balija, Puragiri Kshatriya) SI.No.15(BCB)”. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners has placed before the Court a copy of the Other Backward Classes (OBC) Certificate dated 29.07.2026 issued by the Tahsildar, recognizing the petitioners as belonging to Perika which is recognized as a Backward Class as per Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice resolutions. The said certificate is placed on record. 3 4. In view of the foregoing, as the grievance of the petitioners is resolved, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
