That respondent may kindly be directed to grant the scale of 37400-67000+AGP 9000 on completion of 3 years of service in Selection Grade, for which the petitioner is legally and validly entitled or grant the same & similar benefit to the petitioner which has been granted to other Assistant librarian with all subsequent revisions with 12% interest on the accrued amount along with entire arrears, which has been allowed to their counterparts. b. That judgment passed in case of V.D. Sarswati may kindly be implemented in letter and spirit.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised by the petitioner is no more res integra and it is covered by the following judgment:- 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:4611-DB 1. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that if that is so, this Court may direct the Authority to consider the contention of the petitioner in light of the judgments relied upon by the petitioners within some reasonable time. 4. The petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the Authority concerned shall go into the issue raised in the writ petition in light of the judgments referred to with this order and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks.
