It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the evidence has been completed and the arguments are yet to commence and despite passing of a considerable length of a time, no further progress has been made with respect to disposal of Sessions Trial No. 73 of 2022. The prayer made in this writ application cannot be acceded to. However, at the same time, it is expected that the learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro shall expedite the conclusion of Sessions Trial No. 73 of 2022. This writ application accordingly stands disposed of.
