Tsering Kee, learned counsel for the petitioners that inadvertently some of the documents which were ought to have been annexed along with the petition were not annexed while filing of the petition and therefore, on this technical ground, he prays for withdrawal of the instant criminal petition with liberty to file afresh. Mr. G. Tado, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection to the prayer for withdrawal. In view of the above, the prayer for withdrawal is allowed.
