Sadar Hindaun City. Indisputably, she is major. On interaction, she desired to go with the petitioner-her husband, present in Court. In view thereof, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of with a direction to the police authority to let Ms. “U.B.” go with her husband and to ensure her safe return to the place of her choice.
