This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused/applicant in connection with Sipajhar Police Station Case No. 36/2026 under Sections 127(2)/75/76/351(2)/294/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The gist of the FIR is that on 15.11.2025 the accused/applicant used/pasted certain obscene photographs of the informant taken by force in front of the informant’s parents’ house. 5. Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet in the instant has already been filed vide Charge Sheet No. 58/2026 dated 21.05.2026. 6. Mr. D. Talukdar, learned Senior Counsel for the accused/applicant submits that in view of the submission of charge sheet, he may be allowed to approach the appropriate forum. 7. In view of the aforesaid, this instant case is closed with a liberty to the accused/applicant to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised and the Jurisdictional Court shall consider his bail application in accordance with law.
