1. The petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 305(a) & 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. He has been implicated in the present case on a false allegation that some of the stolen materials were recovered from his possession. In fact, there has been no such recovery of stolen materials from his possession. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph No. 16 of the present bail application. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.03.2026. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail.
3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella-Kharsawan at Seraikella in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 20 of 2026.
