It is seen that communications dated 10.01.2026 and 24.01.2026 have been addressed by the Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services to the Accountant General (A&E), Pension Section, Chennai. The said communications have been sent requesting the Accountant General to issue authorisation for the revised pension proposal of the petitioner. In the said communications, a pension calculation sheet pertaining to the petitioner has also been appended. Therefore, directions are issued to the Accountant General (A&E), Pension Section, Chennai, to process the same at the earliest. 3.
