This habeas corpus petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner–Asoo. 2. Today the concerned SHO has produced the corpus before us. Admittedly, the corpus is minor aged about 15 years. [2026:RJ-JP:19754-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-127/2026] 3. We have interacted with the corpus and she has firmly stated before us that she wants to go with her father-Asoo, who is present in the Court. 4. Considering the statement made by the corpus before us and also considering the fact that she is minor and below 18 years of age, we permit the corpus to live with her father. Custody of the corpus is handed over to her father, who is present in the Court and identified by the counsel for the petitioner as well as the concerned SHO. 5. The concerned SHO is directed to ensure that no harm should be caused to the corpus by anyone while going with her father. 6. In that view of the matter, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
