The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder: “…..this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to clear the admitted bill payable to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order….” 2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors furnished a copy of Letter No.No.FIN01- FMU0MISC/350/2022(1778130), dated 07.08.2026, issued by the 6th respondent, wherein it is stated that an amount of Rs.4,94,846/- was paid to the to the petitioner vide Bill No.2026-71049806, dated 24.07.2026, with Ref.No./XUTR/RBISH00738023969. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case. 3. Recording the above instructions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
