Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) and learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the material available in the record. 3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs. 4. The petitioner / appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment, the delay of 407 days in filing the above S.A.SR.No.100893 of 2025, stands condoned. 5.
