Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the direction given by the learned Single Judge in WP.No.15144 of 2022, dated 27.06.2022 was complied with. In pursuance thereof, the contempt petition filed by the respondent was dismissed. 2. While looking at the orders of the contempt petition, learned Judge has recorded that it is for the respondent to get electricity connection separately from the Board, and that the scope of the contempt cannot be extended to give directions to other statutory authorities. 3. In the case on hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would fairly concede that bunk shop has been restored. However, the grievance is that he was not able to get electricity connection and other license. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WA No. 2409 of 2023 __________ Page3 of 4 4.
