(ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted. He further submits that application/ representation for grant of employment in lieu of land acquisition was made by petitioner on 24.2.2021 but till date same has not been decided. He prays to direct the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation expeditiously. 3) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 submits that brother of petitioner has already been offered appointment in lieu of land acquisition, therefore, there was no need to decide the pending representation of petitioner. 4) Heard. 5) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Kushwaha, this petition is hereby being disposed directing Managing Director, N.M.D.C. Iron And Steel Plant i.e. respondent No. 2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 24.2.2021 expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. 6) With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed.
