This Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench considering that the subject matter of the writ petition in terms whereof the petitioner is seeking his regularization as Consumer Electronic Trade Instructor by reference to his continuing engagement from 2008 onwards in the Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Sunderbani, Rajouri is cognizable by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench. Therefore, in the event of the petitioner Serial No. 67 Supplementary List-I WP(C) No. 1081/2026 approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench, the matter be entertained and adjudicated upon merits. 02.
