The petitioner is an accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 289 of 2025. On an information that some miscreants were planning to commit an offence, a raid was conducted by the police near the railway bridge and two persons with the country made pistol were apprehended. On their confession the house of the petitioner was raided and the petitioner and other two miscreants were apprehended and a rifle and some incriminating articles were recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2025. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. On consideration of the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S.
