With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the matter is taken up for final hearing today. 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already prepared a representation to the respondent No.2 –S.P. Valsad on 01.01.2026, and the same is pending. 2. Learned AGP, Mr. Nikunj Kanara submits that the said representation shall be decided expeditiously. 3. In view of the above submissions, the respondent No.2 C/SCA/5256/2026 JUDGMENT DATED: 01/05/2026 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 01.01.2026 (page 74 of the petition) in light of paragraph No.9, which has been duly received by the office of the respondent No.2. The said representation shall be decided after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner who is at liberty to raise all the contentions as available to him and produce necessary documents in support of his contention. 4. The Respondent No.2 shall take into consideration the submissions as well as the documents submitted by the petitioner and shall decide the said representation afresh on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of six weeks. 5. Let the decision on such representation be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of decision being taken. 6. It is made clear that this court has not gone into the merits of the case and no observation is made thereon. 7. The Special Civil Application stands disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
