In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioners have applied for mutual transfer which is pending since 2025. 4. As pointed out by Mr. Roy, learned Advocate appearing for the Commission, the petitioners have uploaded the form on the online portal without the requisite No Objection Certificate from the school. 5. The school is directed to furnish a No Objection Certificate to the petitioners, if they are otherwise 2 eligible, as well as upload the same in the online portal in aid of the application already made on behalf of the petitioners by the school. In the event the same is not uploaded by April 15, 2026 the petitioners are granted liberty to furnish the No Objection Certificate to the Commission in the offline mode. 6. The respondent no. 4 is directed to consider and immediately dispose of the applications, which are pending, in accordance with law and in line with the Rules framed in respect of the mutual transfer. 7. Let such application be disposed of by May 15, 2026. 8. With these afore-stated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 9. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 10.
