The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted though the charge sheet was not filed within the time stipulated by this Court, however, it was filed subsequently on 05.08.2025 before the jurisdiction Magistrate and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.113 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Karimangalam, Dharmapuri. 3.
