The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner’s representation dated 07.10.2024 by the first respondent, seeking correction of UDR Patta for https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 7210 of 2026 the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks to include the petitioner’s late husband’s name (Mr. Maligachari) in the UDR Patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner had given a representation to the first respondent on 07.10.2024 for the said purpose. 3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation dated 07.10.2024 is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent by passing a final order on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the third respondent by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation dated 07.10.2024. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 7210 of 2026 petitioner’s representation dated 07.10.2024, seeking for rectification of the UDR Patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition by including the name of the petitioner's husband Mr. Maligachari after hearing the objections of the third respondent and any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
