The evaluated answer sheets along with marks awarded to each question of the subjects Physics and Mathematics have been placed before this Court in sealed covers. They have been opened in the chambers in the presence of the student. They perused the evaluated answer sheets and marks awarded and having satisfied the writ petitioner instructed his counsel to pray for closure of the writ petition. Accordingly, the learned counsel for petitioner prayed this Court to close the writ petition. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
